Tiger Woods has announced a temporary withdrawal from professional golf to focus on his health after a recent rollover accident. The accident occurred on Jupiter Island, Florida, last Friday, resulting in Woods being arrested for alleged DUI. He has pleaded not guilty in court to these charges.

Woods expressed his intent to prioritize personal well-being, stating in a social media post, "This step is crucial for long-term recovery." The crash involved Woods' Land Rover rolling after avoiding a collision. No injuries were reported.

The PGA TOUR supports Woods, recognizing his influence beyond golf. "Above all else, his health matters," a statement emphasized.

Despite plans to participate in upcoming events, including the Masters, Woods is committed to healing after previous surgeries. He seeks privacy during this challenging time.
