Swede Sebastian Söderberg holds a one-shot lead at the weather-disrupted KLM Open after a marathon second day at The International in Amsterdam. At eight under par with four holes of his second round still to complete, Söderberg sits ahead of New Zealander Daniel Hillier and Japan’s Yuto Katsuragawa, both in the clubhouse at seven under. England’s Joe Dean and Callum Tarren are also in contention but still have holes remaining.
After a difficult 2025 season, Söderberg showed his class with three birdies and a 7-meter eagle in his 14 completed holes on Friday. Hillier surged into contention with a steady, bogey-light performance, while Katsuragawa climbed the leaderboard thanks to a hot putter and a run of birdies on the back nine.
Play resumes Saturday morning, with some players still needing up to eight holes to finish round two before the third round begins. A crowded leaderboard remains, with several players within striking distance, including Major champions Francesco Molinari and Danny Willett at four under par.
