LIV Golfers Gear Up for a New Masters Journey

The anticipation for the 2026 Masters is palpable, with 10 LIV Golf League players ready to compete. This year, some familiar faces like Bryson DeChambeau and Sergio Garcia are returning, aiming to don the prestigious Green Jacket once again.

Bryson DeChambeau is among the frontrunners, having secured victories in the LIV Singapore and South Africa events this March. His consistent performances in past Masters, including T6 and T5 finishes, make him a strong contender.

Garcia, the 2017 Masters champion, continues to pursue glory despite a streak of missed cuts since his iconic win. Meanwhile, Dustin Johnson who set a scoring record in the delayed 2020 Masters, seeks to reclaim his previous form after recent struggles.

Newcomer Tom McKibbin makes his debut, thanks to winning the Hong Kong Open, promising excitement for fans. Also, Jon Rahm, who triumphed over Brooks Koepka in 2023, remains a favorite with his recent stellar performance.

  • Sergio García – qualified as a past Masters champion (2017).
  • Tyrrell Hatton – qualified via a top 4 finish at the 2025 US Open and a top 50 OWGR ranking at the end of 2025.
  • Dustin Johnson – qualified as a past Masters champion (2020).
  • Tom McKibbin – qualified as the 2025 Hong Kong Open champion.
  • Carlos Ortiz – qualified via a top 4 finish at the 2025 US Open.
  • Jon Rahm – qualified as a past Masters champion (2023) and US Open champion (2021).
  • Charl Schwartzel – qualified as a past Masters champion (2011).
  • Cameron Smith – qualified as the 2022 Open Champion.
