Sweden’s Mikael Lindberg claimed his first DP World Tour title with a two-shot victory at the Turkish Airlines Open 2026, finishing at ten under par.
The 33-year-old held off Daniel Rodrigues with a final-round 69 at National Golf Club in Belek, while Guido Migliozzishared second place on eight under.
Lindberg built momentum early with a run of birdies and extended his lead on the back nine, despite late pressure from Rodrigues. A missed birdie chance from his rival on the final hole left Lindberg needing two putts for victory, which he secured to seal an emotional win.
The triumph also earned him a spot at the US PGA Championship 2026, marking his major debut.
